SEPTIC TESTING
Septic testing: We do not perform septic dye testing. Dye testing alone can not reveal underlying problems and can even create larger problems from performing this inspection alone. All of our inspections are an open tank inspections.
Different municipalities require different testing procedures. Prices are subject to changes depending on different requirements.
Inspections include digging up to 16" deep and 24" round (where accessible). Additional digging, moving large rocks or trees increase price by $75. Per quarter hour or you may dig yourself to save additional cost.

MOLD TESTING
Mold testing is a base inspection only for the areas tested. Mold may be present in areas that are outside or concealed from the testing area. We recommend at least performing an air test consisting of two inside and one base outside sample. This will indicate if mold is present in the testing areas only.
A swab test can be performed on visible areas of mold. This will identify the mold species. All samples are analyzed by an independent laboratory. We strongly recommend an environmental hygienist be contacted to review findings or for further testing and evaluations.
